Loco Sha Ka

In order to create the Loco Sha Ka rhythm, you have to learn to catch the ball in a different way - you catch it after the ball has passed over your thumb and made contact with the other ball. It's not a 'crazy' rhythm - the term loco refers to locomotive. When I first discovered this rhythm, I was reminded of an old steam locomotive's wheels turning. This rhythm will also help you to master the Fake Loco Sha Ka and the Perpetual Loco Mo, which is actually quite a crazy rhythm. To see a slow motion video clip, click here.
